Preserve a home or meaningful building in an original oil painting on canvas. A first house, childhood home, family cottage, or familiar front porch can become a personal artwork painted by hand from your photographs.
Choose the home you want to remember
Decide which viewpoint, season, and period the painting should show. A current photograph may explain the structure, while an older image records a garden or porch detail that has changed. Clearly identify which version you would like to preserve.
What to include in your inquiry
- A main photograph showing the building from your preferred angle.
- Supporting images of doors, windows, roof details, landscaping, or other important features.
- The season and any historical details you would like us to assess.
- Objects to preserve or omit, such as a porch swing, bins, or parked vehicles.
- Whether people or pets should appear, and how prominent they should be.
- Preferred dimensions and any housewarming, moving, or gift date.
