Shipping policy

Shipping to the United States

Our standard shipping service is available for orders delivered within the United States. Physical artwork is sent by express shipping, with an estimated transit time of 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Production and dispatch

Shipping time begins when your order is dispatched and does not include the time needed to create, review, or prepare your custom artwork. Please refer to the completion estimate shown on your product page and contact us before ordering if you need your artwork for a specific date.

Secure packaging and express delivery

Your artwork is carefully packed with protective materials appropriate to its size and format to help protect it during transit. We use express delivery for physical shipments to the United States.

The 3–6 business day delivery window is an estimate. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, and holidays may occasionally cause delays.

U.S. customs, duties, and import charges — paid by ArtFodra

Shipments to the United States are arranged on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. ArtFodra covers all applicable U.S. import duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and carrier customs processing or brokerage charges associated with your shipment. You will not be asked to pay these import-related charges upon delivery.

If a carrier contacts you requesting payment of a customs or import charge, please contact us at info@artfodra.com before paying so we can resolve it.

Delivery issues

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If your package arrives damaged or you experience a delivery problem, contact us promptly with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the package and artwork so we can assist.

Digital orders

Digital-only products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. The express transit times above apply only to physical shipments.

Orders outside the United States

If you would like to place an order for delivery outside the United States, please contact us before placing your order at info@artfodra.com or through our contact page. We will confirm whether delivery is available and discuss the shipping arrangements, timing, and any applicable charges before you order.
