Yes. Separate photographs can be used to plan a single composition. Identify which people, pets, backgrounds, and details should be included. Clear references with compatible angles and lighting help us assess a convincing arrangement. Confirm substantial changes before ordering.

Send clear original image files with recognizable faces or subject details. Avoid screenshots when the original is available. If a photo is old, damaged, cropped, or blurry, send it for assessment first. Missing details cannot always be reconstructed accurately. For several references, explain what each image contributes.

Consider the number of subjects, portrait crop, background detail, wall space, and viewing distance. Check the size and figure limits shown in your chosen listing. A larger group generally needs more room than a close portrait of one person. Contact us with your photos if you need help choosing.

The selected size option states whether the painting is supplied on stretched canvas or rolled canvas. Rolled paintings need local stretching or framing before display. Do not assume a decorative frame is included; check the selected listing and confirm any framing request before ordering.

The current estimated painting completion is approximately 10 days after ordering. Complexity, reference requirements, and agreed changes can affect the schedule. Painting completion is separate from shipping. If the artwork is a gift, contact us before ordering to confirm whether your required date is feasible.

Yes. We send detailed photographs of the completed oil painting before shipping. Review them against your agreed composition and let us know promptly if you have a concern. Discuss any requested changes with us before the painting is dispatched.

Pay in Full covers the selected painting price. Pay Deposit is an initial payment toward that price, not the total cost of the artwork. Any remaining balance must be settled before dispatch. Use a remaining-balance payment link only for an existing commission when we direct you to it. Prices depend on your selected options.

Contact us promptly with your order number. Whether a change is possible depends on the stage of your commission. New references, additional subjects, or a different composition may change the price or completion estimate. Confirm these changes with us before they are carried out.

We offer secure express shipping to the United States, with an estimated transit time of 3–6 business days after dispatch. Protective packaging is selected for the artwork’s size and delivery format. This transit estimate does not include painting production, review, or preparation. See our shipping policy for details.

U.S. shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). ArtFodra covers applicable U.S. import duties, import taxes, customs clearance, and carrier brokerage or processing charges related to importation. You should not need to pay these import charges on delivery. If a carrier requests an import-related payment, contact us before paying.

Yes, international shipping can be arranged. Our main service is for customers in the United States. If your delivery address is outside the U.S., contact us before placing your order so we can confirm destination availability, packaging, shipping cost, estimated transit time, and any customs arrangements. The U.S. DDP terms and 3–6-business-day express estimate do not automatically apply to other countries.

Contact us before ordering for a fixed occasion date. We will assess the painting and shipping schedule for your specific request. Delivery dates are estimates; carrier operations, weather, holidays, or customs processing can cause delays.

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of any damage to the artwork and packaging. Keep the packaging while the issue is being reviewed. Check your delivery address carefully before submitting the order.

No. Our photo merge service creates a digital composition from your supplied photographs. Depending on the listing and delivery option, you receive a digital file or a physical print. A canvas print is a reproduction of a digital design; it is not an original hand-painted oil painting.

Our standard digital delivery is a print-ready JPG at 300 DPI, usually 20 × 16 inches in a 5:4 ratio unless another format is agreed. Tell us your intended print dimensions before the design is finalized if you need a different ratio. Digital files are delivered electronically and have no physical shipping.

Check the specific listing for its included photos or subjects, available add-ons, current price, and completion estimate. Digital design timing differs from oil painting production. Restoration, additional photos, or detailed editing requests may require a separate option; confirm the scope before ordering.

Restoration and more extensive manipulation can be discussed before ordering. Send your reference photos and describe the exact changes you need. Some requests require an additional service, and very unclear or missing facial details may limit what can be achieved.

We provide a design preview for review before printing. Respond with any corrections or approval so the print can proceed. Changes to the original brief or replacement photos may require an additional service.
